　　Duties Description Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:This position is within the ITS End User Service Group in the Service Desk Team. The primary duties include: • Assist with the development and system administration of the ServiceNow platform, an IT work management platform for the design and automation of IT operations, as it relates to supporting ITS services at NYSIF.• Collaborate with IT teams for requirements, development and maintenance of UI forms and workflows; integration with IT systems; development of scripts to facilitate automation of routine daily tasks; and testing of ServiceNow products. • Assist with backlog of ServiceNow enhancements, as well as assist with new requests, to facilitate more timely and secure ITS service delivery processing for NYSIF staff. • Meeting and collaborating with IT teams for requirements, development and maintenance of UI forms and workflows.• Development and maintenance of UI forms and workflows using JavaScript.• Integration with IT systems.• Development of scripts to facilitate automation of routine daily tasks. • Testing of ServiceNow products.
