*Position Overview: *
This role supports the Digital Workplace team by producing quality analyses in response to ad-hoc or repeated business questions that require non-standard approaches and advanced analytical techniques.
This includes delivering insights using a variety of tools and techniques: from collating information available across reports to developing advanced solutions requiring Data Mining and Data Science approaches and analyses built using multiple data sources. These insights needs will be prioritized by global Coca-Cola business stakeholders and supported in delivery by the Regional and Central Development Centers in case processing of large volumes of data is required.
The goal of the role is to promote data-driven decision making in the areas of digital enablement, collaboration, and organizational network analysis at The Coca-Cola Company by delivering actionable analytics on priority business questions that can eventually be scaled as a product.
*What You'll Do for Us: *
Master the understanding of key business objectives and strategy across Digital Workplace services via communicating with business stakeholders.
Define business questions, form hypotheses, and propose priority of the question jointly with the stakeholders and managers.
Understand data requirements to answer the prioritized business questions and consult with Data Product Owners and Reporting Product owners to understand available means, such as data products or existing reports.
Define methodology to answer priority business questions, ranging from creative new look at the data to advanced Data Mining and Data Science techniques.
Deliver analyses with the help of Development Center (as required) and reporting team.
Present your findings to the stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, keeping the audience in mind.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor degree in computer science, Data Science, Business Analysis or equivalent
Data Science certification is a plus
3-5+ years of experience as an Analyst or Data Scientist (or equivalent experience) working in an Agile environment managing the delivery of insights and advanced analytics products.
Business / commercial acumen: You have business understanding and analytical skills to identify the relevant metrics and transform data into insights.
Project Management skills and experience
Strong Communication skills are required: You'll be the bridge between the business decision makers and the technical side of the business interacting with different stakeholders and collaborating to drive adoption of our products.
Proven record of using visualization tools, preferably Power BI, to illustrate analytical findings
Hands-on experience with Python and SQL for Data Mining and Data Science is a must, PySpark / Synapse Spark is a plus.
Hands-on experience with REST APIs, such as Microsoft Graph, is a plus.
Ability to understand business insight needs and forming hypotheses to research
Good understanding of Agile tools (Azure DevOps and/or GitHub is preferred)
Good understanding of data privacy principles and techniques
Good knowledge of Agile / Scrum / Kanban methodologies
