· Responsable de seguir las instrucciones establecidas en las ayudas visuales, en caso de aplicar, así como de ajustar las RPM’s de los motores de acuerdo con la especificación 159 de ingeniería; además de las instrucciones especiales indicadas, de manera verbal o por escrito, por su líder o supervisor de producción, con la finalidad de cumplir con los requisitos del cliente.

　　· Responsable de soportar a su líder de producción, así como a sus compañeros con la finalidad de cumplir con los objetivos diarios establecidos en el programa de producción.

　　· Es responsable de notificar al líder o supervisor de producción sobre cualquier anomalía o discrepancia que presente durante la prueba de los motores y que afecte directamente la funcionabilidad y calidad del producto.

　　· Responsable de participar en las reuniones que promueva su líder o supervisor, así como de asegurar que comprendió la información o instrucción que le fue provista en la misma, en caso contrario deberá preguntar cualquier duda a su líder o supervisor.

　　· Responsable de mantener y mejorar el aspecto de las 6’s de su estación de trabajo y de su área, participando activamente para el logro de las mismas.

　　· Es su responsabilidad el cumplir con las reglas y lineamientos establecidos para mantener la seguridad personal y de sus compañeros, así como de las instalaciones mismas, para prevenir accidentes o incidentes en su persona o compañeros.

　　· Responsable de participar activamente en los cambios de modelo, siguiendo las instrucciones que su líder o supervisor le indique, con la finalidad de reducir el tiempo de cambio de modelo, además de asegurar que se realizó de manera efectiva.

　　· Responsable de participar durante las corridas pilotos de ingeniería y/o de producción con el objetivo de aprender los nuevos cambios, pero también de hacer las observaciones y señalamientos en aquellas actividades que impliquen alguna oportunidad y que en dado momento pudieran afectarnos durante el proceso de prueba, de seguridad, calidad y cumplimiento del programa.

　　· Participación en eventos de mejora continua que le sea requerido por su líder o supervisor.
