Summary

Provides pre-sales technical engineering support to Account Executivesand clients as an integral part of the full sales process.Focuses ontechnical solutions for mid-size and enterprise accounts and worksclosely with clients to determine how Logicalis solutions can best servetheir needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Produces accurate designs and proposals for clients using Logicalistechnologies, services, and methodologies.{=html}- Conducts assessments, studies, and/or surveys to obtain data; analyzes data to advise and recommend solutions.

{=html}- Qualifies, from technical perspective, new business opportunities or requirements within existing and prospective clients to ensure alignment with target markets, portfolio, and delivery and lifecycle services capabilities.

{=html}- Designs and configures complex solution components.

{=html}- Proposes elements, configurations, and implementation details of solution.

{=html}- Prepares for and conducts client proof of concepts.

{=html}- Prepares and performs product demonstrations.

{=html}- Broadens engagements with clients by promoting, defining, and positioning Logicalis services fromentire portfolio as appropriate to client requirements.

{=html}- Advises service delivery team to ensure successful implementation of solutions.

{=html}- Helps clients understand solution benefits.

{=html}- Interfaces with vendor and manufacturer teams.

{=html}- Provides product and/or solution training for Logicalis Sales teams and clients.

{=html}- Mentors Logicalis team members.

{=html}- Participates in increasingly complex client projects.

{=html}- Keeps abreast of latestsolutions and services Logicalis offers.

{=html}- Establishes relationships with clients by demonstrating strong listening skills.

{=html}- Builds credibility and trust by delivering what has been promised within established timeframes.

{=html}- Participates in regional and national events and regional team meetings.

{=html}- Demonstrates and actively promotes an understanding and commitment to the mission of Logicalis through performing behaviors consistent with the organization's values.

Education/Experience/Technical Requirements/Certifications

Education

Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, managementdisciplines, or related field.Experience / Technical Requirements

4 years' experience in technical pre-s les role.{=html}- Familiar with industry compliance and security standards such as CMMC, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, ISO 27001, and NIST.

{=html}- Experience in Security solutions from leading manufacturers (IBM, Cisco, Palo Alto, Gemalto, etc.).

{=html}- Experience developing enterprise-wide solutions.

{=html}- Experience combining products and services into technology solutions that meet client's business needs.

{=html}- Experience in business case development.

{=html}- Proficient use of all Microsoft Office applications.

May consider an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Certifications

Information security certifications such as:{=html}- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)- Global Information Assurance Certification (GIAC) CCIE - Security

Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) - Security
