Job Functions:

　　Establish a consolidated and functional harmonized tender pricing management for all countries in Europe to anticipate the tender cycle, collect critical information and increase our win ratio.Lead the tender management process in cooperation with the Bids Tender, sales and leadership teamsMonitors business trends and best practice in Europe to achieve optimum pricing in provide European benchmark and analysisPreparation of pricing strategy for tenders in developing tools and templates that enable informed retrospective business analysis and prospective business planningLead implementation of strategic pricing tools and processesHelp developing creative pricing simulation in analyzing market and competitive trends based on various sources (e.g., market reports, primary research, competitive intel, etc.).Present findings to key decision-makers through weekly/ monthly meetings.Support new product launches pricing.Perform ad-hoc analysis as requested
