The Senior Product Manager, TMTT, is responsible for leading patient-focused innovation by:
Driving all aspects of product development from project inception through first clinical use and up to commercial launchDocumenting, managing, and communicating the product development process for new products and technologies in order to achieve and maintain market leadership; andApplying expertise in developing and planning marketing programs and activities to identify future needs and better serve physicians and their patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan marketing projects and activities with accountability for successful completion within scope of project deliverables including supporting technical team meetings and driving product design requirements using voice of customer inputsBuild trust with key thought leaders to anticipate the future market environment, changes in economic climate, the onset of new competitors including substitutes and adjacent players and to predict/drive future needs for current and future customersCollaborate with management to create, communicate, and execute global market strategies and actionable market plans to advance the business and generate valueDesign, collect, and interpret market research and voice-of-customer (VOC) strategies in order to define unmet needs and product requirements for early-stage product linesProvide direction and guidance based on expert understanding of internal and external device and market dynamics (e.g., product functionality, lifecycle, voice of customer research, clinical evidence) to new product development (NPD) project teamsIdentify and evaluate marketing process improvements and/or course correction/course alignment opportunitiesDrive results by executing cross-functional marketing programs from inception to completionEvolve product pipeline and drive alignment by effectively collaborating with cross-functional partners, especially R&D and Clinical Development peersIdentify, track, predict, and prepare for the onset of new competitors including adjacent playersDefine differentiated value propositions, positioning, and messaging for product linesPartner with creative agencies for development of product images, animations, and namingReview design control documents and labeling through Marketing lens to ensure accuracy and timely executionEngage with US and OUS commercial teams to coordinate efforts and drive adoption of productsOther Incidental Duties
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's DegreeMinimum 8 years of experience of related work experience or Master's Degree with a minimum of 6 years related experience in sales, marketing, or healthcare industry

For California, the base pay range for this position is $111,000 to $158,000 (highly experienced).
The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience).
