You will make an impact by...
• Developing and executing the production of marketing and product training materials, and deliver sales force training
• Developing product materials and programs that support product launch and commercialization strategies using established brand guidelines and procedures
• Collaborating with marketing team to develop marketing messages based on regional strategies, knowledge of current literature and regulatory/legal requirements
• Leading the parts of regional marketing (APAC) to analyze each local's market dynamics and find the room to grow in surgical business
• Leading the parts of regional marketing and demand planning (APAC) to clarify demand forecasts for manufacturing and sales operations
• Leading sections of projects for the Congress Management process in local and regional level
• Managing the product samples/marketing collateral forecasting, storage, distribution process
• Driving marketing collateral/labeling through all relevant legal and regulatory approval processes through collaboration with relevant cross-functional stakeholders
• Developing product and kit labels required for regional product approvals
• Responsible for other activities including CAPA duties, KOL engagement, customer management in local and regional level
• Other incidental duties
What you'll need:
• Bachelor's Degree in related field with minimum of 7 years related experience Required or
• Master's Degree or equivalent 3 years experience of related experience Required
• Experience working in sales, marketing, or healthcare industry required
