In this Sr Product Owner role, you will lead the strategic vision and roadmap for the Growth Data and Analytics team with cross-divisional impact. This role prioritizes a portfolio of analytic products and consists of a team of advanced data analysts responsible for strategic data projects that involve gathering data, verifying its accuracy and generating reports and dashboards, support of the continuous evolution and strategy of Vanguard's business intelligence and data analytics & reporting capabilities. You will partner with Marketing and Sales Product Owners, Engagement Strategists and senior leaders to identify and prioritize campaign data and analytic work providing the best value towards achieving Sales and Marketing objectives and key results. This portfolio will drive Personal Investor Sales and Marketing families including advice growth and engagement, wealth management, investment product and CX Alpha awhile providing process improvement within the agile space while fostering a culture of experimentation and measurement of incrementality focused on the Sales campaign learning agenda.
Core Responsibilities:
1. Leads product management activities for multiple products, or one strategic product, with cross-divisional impact.
2. Influences and collaborates with cross-functional teams to create best practices that drive significant change to the client experience. Ensures business outcomes are linked to business case drivers.
3. Coaches product teams towards best practices and learnings. Oversee's product teams' support of the messaging, communication, and customer outreach as necessary.
4. Facilitates strong business support through working with team members to promote a consistent approach to decisions/impacts and client propositions. Drives connection across all appropriate internal and external stakeholders.
5. Leads the planning, development and implementation of new products with cross-divisional impact. Defines and analyzes markets, developing detailed product features and requirements, and developing implementation plans.
6. Influences and employs a variety of qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques to continually improve the user experience.
7. Participates in and influences ongoing business planning and departmental prioritization activities.
8. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required. Graduate degree preferred.Minimum of eight years related business experience. Three years of leading large cross-functional teams on major organizational projects preferred. Special Factors
