JOB SUMMARY:
Part Time Coordinator will support the Training and Development teams and work closely with other departments. In this role, you'll help support Securitas in transferring data to the Oracle Learning platform.

Data cleanup and validation checks between SuccessFactors LMS and Oracle Learning
Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information
Establishes entry priorities
Verifies entered data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data
Combines data from both systems when information is incomplete
Performs a variety of office administrative functions, such as preparing correspondences and running TalentED reports
Schedule and attend meetings along with the Talent Development Project team
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Complete other tasks as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AT ENTRY
Additional qualifications may be specified and receive preference, depending upon the nature of the position.
Education/Experience:
• High School Diploma/GED
• At least one year related work experience preferred
Competencies (as demonstrated through experience, training, and/or testing):
• Collecting, Analyzing & Interpreting Data - ability to understand and conclude from quantitative or qualitative data
• Attention to Detail - focusing on the details of work content, work steps and final work products
• Tools - Experience in MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, etc.
• Effective communication skills
• Collaborates well with strong interpersonal and organizational savvy
Able to work independently, self-motivated
Team Player, Organized, Critical Thinker
Ability to Multi-Task
Project Management experience would be beneficial but not required
