  Position Summary

  In this role as Sr. Manager – Consolidated Reporting HCB FP&A business, you will report to the Lead Director of HCB FP&A. You will lead a team of two and will be responsible for consolidating, reporting and the creation of management presentations and or talking points for forecasts and budget and for HCB in support of Membership, Expense and Operating Income reviews. This role will work closely with HCB FP&A COE leads to ensure that the reporting of forecasts/budget is accurate and that the appropriate level of information is given to senior leadership. The successful candidate should exhibit strong communication skills, and the ability to consolidate/report results to business partners, management and the Executive Leadership team. This individual will be expected to be able to multi-task and prioritize multiple activities and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment, with ability to work independently within guidance frame defined by management – includes financial reporting/analysis at both regular and ad hoc frequencies and building and reporting analytics via PowerPoint presentations. We are looking for individuals with a strong understanding of financial/corporate budgeting, forecasting, consolidating results and reporting. Superior analytical and communication skills are equally important in this role, as you will be interacting with senior management on a regular basis. This is a highly visible role in providing senior management with the information they need to make critical business decisions.

  – Drives overall planning and analysis of projects of varying nature and complexity which may include: financial metrics, process improvement initiatives, etc

  – Collaborate with HCB Senior Leadership and FP&A COE Leads to understand the overall story and key drivers for each forecast, budget and ensure financial presentations and analysis are detailed and accurate.

  – Develop impactful financial recommendations for executive leadership

  – Technical knowledge of financial systems (Hyperion, S4, etc..)

  – Leverage strong financial modeling skills (Excel and advanced functions like Macros, Index Match etc)

  – Assist in the development of ad-hoc analyses and actionable recommendations for senior leadership

  – Leverage strong communication and presentation skills

  – Continuous process improvement and leveraging of technology

  – Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

  – Experience designing and executing process improvements

  Required Qualifications8 years work experience.

  Adept at management and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills. Adept at business intelligence.

  Adept at collaboration and teamwork.

  Mastery of problem solving and decision-making skills.

  Mastery of growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills.Preferred Qualifications

  -Deep Understanding of financial systems (Hyperion, S4, etc)

  -Effectively employ both written and interpersonal skills in accomplishing responsibilities

  -Strong attention to detail & Proven team player with ability to work with all levels of colleagues, including managers and peers

  Education

  -Bachelor's degree required

  Pay Range

  The typical pay range for this role is:

  $79,200.00 - $174,200.00

  This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
