Robert Half is offering an opportunity for a Paralegal position with one of our clients in Denver, Colorado. This role is within the legal industry and provides a long term contract employment opportunity. The successful candidate will be expected to handle a variety of tasks, including case management, document handling, and customer service, utilizing various software and systems such as Adobe Acrobat, LexisNexis, and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize Case Management Software to maintain accurate records of each case.

• Handle legal documentation using Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Excel.

• Use LexisNexis for legal research and case preparation.

• Manage various tasks related to Personal Injury Law and Personal Injury Litigation.

• Handle billing functions related to legal services.

• Manage the calendar for court dates, appointments, and deadlines.

• Administer claims and handle complaints professionally and efficiently.

• Conduct briefings on case updates and progress.

• Ensure the proper administration of Personal Injury Plaintiffs' cases.

• Manage and organize a large volume of complex legal documents.

Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a paralegal role

• Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat

• Familiarity with Case Management Software

• Experience with LexisNexis

• Excellent knowledge of Management Systems

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Experience in Billing Functions

• Ability to handle Briefing tasks

• Proficiency in Calendar Management

• Experience in Claim Administration

• Ability to handle Complaints effectively

• Knowledge of Personal Injury Law

• Experience in Personal Injury Litigation

• Experience working with Personal Injury Plaintiffs
