Description

Our client, a prominent entertainment company, is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join their team. They have excellent befits. This role will help support contracts and legal document preparation/management, compliance, legal research, filing, liaise with external counsel, etc.

Requirements

5+ years of related experience

Extensive full cycle contract management and negotiation experience

Excellent interpersonal skills

Bachelor degree

Paralegal certificate
