You will be leading the efforts of supporting the office by taking on various office and administrative tasks as an Administrative Assistant. Your responsibilities in this role

Greet and guide visitors

Tend to word processing, filing, and faxing duties

Field telephone calls

Support diverse projects for other employees Requirements - At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred

Familiarity with using the internet for research tasks

Proven knowledge of conference room setup cleanup

Foundational knowledge in Email Correspondence

Administrative Assistance experience

Arranging Conference Calls experience highly desired

Strong familiarity with Email Communications

Well-founded grasp of Conference Rooms

Comprehensive knowledge of Administrative Assistance

Proficiency with diverse computer applications and experience with contract database systemsExcellent verbal, written, and social skills
