　　The role of a Production Head of an Electronics Factory dealing with Global products and handling a Union of workers is a crucial one that requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and excellent management skills.

　　Requirements:

　　• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.

　　• Extensive experience in a similar role, preferably in the electronics manufacturing industry.

　　• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.

　　• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

　　• Proven ability to manage a diverse workforce and handle union-related matters.

　　• Sound understanding of global products manufacturing standards and regulations.

　　• Proficiency in using production management software and tools.

　　• Good understanding of Data Driven Production.

　　• Familiarity with health and safety regulations and best practices.
