Office Manager / Accountant

　　Our company is seeking an Office Manager / Accountant for one of our Saginaw clients; Wohfeil Hardware. 　　Position Responsibilities:

　　Maintain an accurate system of accounting record keeping by setting comprehensive controls and documenting processesManage cash flow through daily deposits and ACH payments and prepare weekly cash reportsOversee and help to input and process accounts payable and receivableMaintain payments and records for rents and leases, and fixed assetsProcess payroll including tax and liability payments and prepare monthly and quarterly payroll tax filings and employment verificationsPrepare monthly reporting and manage the completion of the month-end close processWork with CPAs on annual closeoutMaintain positive working relationships with all outside professional services, includingauditors, CPA firm, financial institutions, etc.Responsible for collecting, reviewing, and interpreting financial data to produce accurate and timely financial reportsResponsible for effectively handling all insurance-related auditsResponsible for the reconciliation of the company's cash and deposit accountsRequired Skills:
