　　We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients receive excellent support and assistance with their insurance needs. Seeking candidate willing to obtain insuarnce license within 3-6 months of start. Qualifications:

　　Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance industry.

　　Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

　　Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

　　Knowledge of insurance products and policies is a plus.

　　Ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
