About Marketing Technology Consultant – AEM DAM

As a Consultant focusing on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Digital Asset Management (DAM), you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to clients in leveraging AEM DAM capabilities to manage and optimize their digital assets effectively. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, develop solutions, and implement strategies to enhance their digital asset management processes.

JOB ROLE SUMMARY

As a Consultant focusing on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Digital Asset Management (DAM), you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to clients in leveraging AEM DAM capabilities to manage and optimize their digital assets effectively. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, develop solutions, and implement strategies to enhance their digital asset management processes.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate with clients to understand their digital asset management requirements and provide tailored solutions using AEM DAM.

Design, configure, and customize AEM DAM to meet client-specific needs, ensuring seamless integration with their existing systems and workflows.

Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients and project teams on best practices for implementing and optimizing AEM DAM.

Develop and deliver training programs and workshops to educate clients and stakeholders on AEM DAM functionality and usage.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and project managers, to ensure successful implementation and deployment of AEM DAM solutions.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in digital asset management and AEM technologies, and provide thought leadership and insights to clients and internal teams.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field;

Minimum of 3 years of experience in implementing and supporting Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Digital Asset Management (DAM) solutions.

In-depth knowledge of AEM DAM capabilities, including asset ingestion, metadata management, workflow automation, and asset delivery.

Experience with AEM components, templates, workflows, and other related technologies.

Strong understanding of DAM best practices, industry standards, and trends.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.

Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) or Adobe Certified Professional (ACP) in AEM DAM is preferred.
