Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Director of Billing Operations in Exeter, New Hampshire. This role involves overseeing daily processes, providing leadership to the Billing Department, and creating strategic plans to achieve organizational goals. The Director of Billing Operations will also be integral in driving continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and developing billing strategies that align with wider business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operational processes within the Billing Department

• Provide leadership and support to the Billing Department, fostering clear communication with team members and executive leadership

• Collaborate with Executive Leadership to develop long-term operational objectives

• Implement processes and procedures within the Billing Department to achieve these objectives

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and effectiveness

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards

• Develop and execute billing strategies that align with the company’s broader business objectives

• Manage team performance and provide strategic direction and operational leadership

• Optimize billing processes to ensure high levels of accuracy and customer satisfaction

• Utilize Accounting Software Systems and CRM to improve efficiency and manage Accounts Receivable (AR) effectively. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems

• Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions

• Proven track record in Process Improvement

• Expertise in managing Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Demonstrated ability to Improve Efficiency in billing operations
