　　Robert Half is looking for an experienced candidate capable of supporting the Payroll department at a growing company in the Trucking industry as a Payroll Specialist. The role will be based in the Warren, Ohio region. This challenging position is a great opportunity for a self-starter looking to work with an industry leader and expand their career. The company is seeking a dynamic candidate to enhance the team's efficiency by being able to communicate effectively with both the internal team and outside customers. The Payroll specialists job duties include data entry, reconciliation of timecards, paycheck distribution and providing statements to various departments. Are you looking for a Payroll position? 　　What you get to do every single day

　　Craft and deliver training to employees on the use of proper payroll practices, including timesheet entry and online methods of accessing pay statements

　　Gather data into spreadsheets and the payroll system

　　Compile a system of administering and distributing reports

　　Reach out to employees via phone and email to obtain timesheet approvals

　　File, scan, fax, and perform other clerical duties as required

　　Run and build custom reports

　　Data entry into spreadsheets and the payroll system

　　Requirements

　　Knowledgeable in Payroll software

　　Eagerness to master new systems

　　High attention to detail

　　-Minimum 3 years Payroll experience

　　Proficiency in Paychex

　　Microsoft Excel experience preferred

　　Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

　　Strong organization skills
