　　This is a full time hourly Position

　　You will be working in the J2G Florida Chemical Plant, as a primary

　　Maintenance Mechanic 2, Performing Preventive and Predictive Maintenance, Responding to Calls. Keeping Distillation systems running at peek performance. After hours Call in’s and Weekend work can be expected.

　　Responsible for keeping plant operational and shop clean neat and organized.

　　Minimal Skilled qualifications for this position

　　3-7 years Welding experience with TIG welding

　　4-5 Year experience with Electrical and Electronic systems

　　7-8 years of Mechanical ability and aptitude

　　Essential Duties and Responsibilities

　　Inspection Diagnosis, troubleshooting, maintenance, repair and servicing of field and shop equipment and components, Facilities, machinery, associated with production.

　　Stuffing Boxes,Gears, Motors, Bearings, Couplings, Chemical production equipment and pumps and feed systems, from fractional HP to 60 HP

　　480VAC 3phase power system, 120/208 3phase power systems

　　Install Maintain and repair equipment, hydraulic, pneumatic and disinfection equipment. Hydro mechanical systems and related equipment.

　　. Maintains and services Centrifugal air compressors; maintains, installs, pulls, services and aligns all electric motors.

　　Operates Shop forklift, compressors, portable generators, steam cleaners, pneumatic, hydraulic and electric tools, shop machinery and related tools and equipment.

　　ADM requires the successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and a background check.​
