Description We are offering an opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Orlando, Florida. This role involves managing our full-cycle accounts payable activities, working with Oracle, and contributing to month-end tasks. The role also requires the use of MS Excel for generating weekly status reports.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full-cycle accounts payable process

• Utilize Oracle for various accounting tasks

• Contribute to month-end closing activities

• Analyze and process incoming invoices accurately

• Generate weekly status reports using MS Excel

• Assist with other accounting tasks as necessary

• Ensure all financial data is recorded accurately

• Collaborate with other team members to improve and streamline processes

• Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies in financial reports

• Maintain an organized record of all past and ongoing transactions. Requirements • Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent educational certificate.

• Prior experience in Accounts Payable or a similar role is preferred.

• Proficiency in utilizing software for Accounts Payable (AP).

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Strong mathematical and data entry skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Must have strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Knowledge of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is desirable.

• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

• Must be authorized to work in the country of employment.
