Closets by Design is immediately hiring 3 qualified candidates for our Installer Development Program. New Installers will work directly with a Lead Installer to learn the installation process of our product lines in a safe, quality manner ensuring customer satisfaction. Those who demonstrate a positive attitude, hustle, and an ability to learn, will be able to progress quickly through the program from helper to junior installer to lead installer. Requirements: * Possess and maintain current driver’s license with a good driving record.  * Experience with small hand tools and power tools is a plus.  * Basic math skills. * Good communication skills.  We offer: * High entry level pay, with fast opportunity for weekly bonus pay.  Our lead installers earn between $65,000 and $90,000 annually while working 5 days a week. * Employee benefit package * Paid holidays * Paid vacation * Average promotion time from hire to lead installer is 9 months. * A real career path with a successful company of over 40 years!
