Work environment: Human Resources Department
Work hours: Full-Time, 40 hours weekly, Monday-Friday; Day shift.
Typical hours; 7:30 A.M.-4:30 P.M. or 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M.

Education
Bachelor's Degree Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant field. Req
Experience
3 Years Professional HR experience. Req
5 Years as a HR Generalist Pref
Licenses and Certifications
PHR - Professional in Human Resources 2 Years Req Or
SPHR - Senior Professional in Human Resources 2 Years Req Or
SHRM-CP - SHRM Certified Professional 2 Years Req Or
SHRM-SCP - SHRM Senior Certified Professional 2 Years Req Or
Other Nationally recognized HR related certification 2 Years Req
Skills
Ability to understand and analyze data while utilizing critical thinking skills to gain understanding of assigned client groups business and needs.
Develop relationships at all levels and communicate effectively.
Possess understanding of role of Compensation and Benefits and how it relates to client groups.
Proficient in use of common business software and applications such as MS Office, PeopleSoft, etc.
Ability to effectively manage projects while utilizing time management skills.
Knowledgeable of current laws, regulations, and compliance issues affecting Human Resources.
