How You Will Do It* Reviewing market intelligence and trends for assigned categories. *Identifying suppliers per product category and the spend associated withsupplier. * Tracking and monitoring the vendor risks and performances.* Gathering historical data on product category. * Creating andreleasing RFQ packages. * Creating playbooks for the negotiations.
