　　Overview

　　Foundever is seeking an in-house attorney to join its transactional legal team. As Director, CorporateProcurementCounsel, you will work remotely with various Foundever Business Departments to prepare and negotiate global procurement deals with sophisticated entities, consult on day-to-day legal inquiries relating to vendor engagements, and carry out other projects and duties as needed. General technology, intellectual property, privacy knowledgeand experience working in a global companyare a plus for this position.

　　Utilizing effective negotiation, relationship management and business partnership skills, clear communication, and organization skills are key skill sets needed in this position. Strong interpersonal skills, and developing positive relationships with internal and external clients, are also important in this role.

　　Responsibilities

　　Draft, negotiate, and review vendor contracts including large, global supply contracts, software licenses, maintenance agreements, partnership arrangements, and information services agreements.

　　Perform risk assessment and analysis related to commercial terms, identifying and vetting high risk matters.

　　Facilitate review, approval, and execution of vendor agreements.

　　Provide independent advice and counsel to internal business partners on a wide variety of issues that arise in the context of commercial contracts in areas that concern software licensing, data security, privacy and regulatory matters.

　　Perform other matters as requested.

　　Qualifications

　　Must have a JD from an accredited US law school and be licensed to practice law in a US jurisdiction.

　　5+ years of transactional experience in a law firm or corporate legal environment.

　　Excellent written and verbal communication skills,along with well-developed interpersonal skills,to communicate effectively with senior management, and internal and external clients.

　　Strong drafting and negotiation skills,including the ability to balance and deal with multiple parties and competing interests,with a high attention to detail.

　　Ability to work independently and effectively with high levels of client/customer interaction and visibility, including ability to prioritize objectives and handle heavy workload.

　　Experience structuring, drafting and negotiating sophisticated commercial contracts (BPO experience a plus).

　　Strong attention to detail.

　　Ability to constructively engage business teams and win confidence as a trusted advisor.

　　The base pay range for this position is $150,000 - $160,000 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience.
