　　Assist in utility and agency coordination

　　Prepare project specifications, design reports, permitting, and cost estimates

　　Skills:

　　Civil 3d, Roadway design, Civil engineering, dot regulations

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　Bachelors degree in civil engineering

　　Registered Professional Engineer in the state of Wisconsin

　　Experience with Civil 3D
