  Position: Supervisor, Card ServicesSupervisor, Card Services Location: 231 Hill Road, Rome, NY 13441Status: Full Time $28.62/hr to $35.78/hr , actual rates will depend on experience.

  The Position: AmeriCU Credit Union is in search of a Supervisor, Card Services who aligns directly with our mission to provide our members with the right financial services to live life, dream big, and achieve financial success, and our vision to be the most admired organization in every community we serve. As a Supervisor, Card Services you will:

  Be responsible for the workflow and supervision of the Card Services Department team which will include developing staff while also identifying ways to strengthen processes.

  What You'll Do:As a Supervisor, Card Services your primary responsibilities will include: Supervise Card Services staff for debit and credit card operations, cardholder service issues and plastic issuance/productions are meeting agreed SLA timelines assigned within department.Responsible for daily oversight of Card Services functions, which include Credit Union credit and debit card programs and related services.Accountable for the upkeep of card transaction processing, which includes working with (and follow up) staff to proactively address production/processing challenges including network and/or vendor concerns.Work directly with Card vendors to assure quick remediation of all card related issues, support duties and functions.Foster a positive and engaging work environment by promoting skill development, coaching improvement and growth, inspiring others through words and actions, positive employee morale that embraces our Vision/Mission and MVP1 Team.Maintain thorough understanding of State and Federal regulations related to Credit Union Card program.Responsible for direct oversight of all Card settlements, daily postings, salesforce tickets, chats and cardholder issues. All must be done daily as assigned and/or answered accurately and timely.Monitor/track staff for assigned tasks and timelines for reporting employees and hold accountable for making sure tasks are completed timely. Serves as an escalation point for more complex customer issues including the de-escalation of irate callers as necessary.

  Accountable for staff that they have verified, corrected and balanced all GLs associated on a daily/monthly basis and are in balance. Engage and collaborate on daily activities associated with process improvements efforts, brainstorming ideas and opportunities for automation.
