　　As part of EMEA HR Operations reporting to the HR Operations Manager; this role is responsible for ensuring that operational HR services are delivered to employees and Team Leaders.

　　The role will support multiple geography, primarily GCC.

　　Key Responsibilities

　　HR Operations Management - providing local market knowledge and expertise on the effective delivery of our day to day hire to retire HR processes, policies and activities. A focus on adherence to standard, continuous improvement opportunities and providing an engaging and customer-focused service in partnership with a third-party provider. Local legislative tasks as appropriate Accountable for delivering resolution for complex issues and escalations Administrative support for ad-hoc projects and local Labour Relations HR Policies and Information - reviewing and keeping up to date HR policies and maintaining content on the HR portal. Partner with outsourced provider to educate them on KC culture, policy and practiceProviding HR Operations cover (HR operations processes design, Global and Regional HR Operations Projects implementation) across EMEAFluent in Arabic & English
