  Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for Fabrication Specialists (Associate, Experienced or Senior) to support the Machining Operations based out of Helena, Montana. This is a 4th shift position that will work from 6PM-6AM, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

  Successful candidates will set up, run and machine tight tolerance titanium parts.

  Position Responsibilities :

  Performs machine set-up, machining, and fabrication tasks.

  Prepares test articles, fixtures and data collection devices to perform various tests.

  Works on articles of high complexity following established drawings and requirements.

  This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

  Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  2+ years’ experience with Aerospace, Manufacturing or Fabrication

  2+ years’ experience/proficiency with typical hand tools (wrenches, screwdrivers, sockets, ratchets, etc.)

  2+ years’ experience with pneumatic/hydraulic equipment

  6 months+ of experience with computing software such as Microsoft Outlook, Internet Explorer and Google to perform searches for detailed information

  Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  2+ running CNC machines and using CNC controls

  5+ years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  10+ years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  Typical Education/Experience:

  Associate (Level B):

  Education/experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g. High School diploma/GED) and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. vocational school/Associate).

  Experienced (Level C):

  Education/experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g. High School diploma/GED) and typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. vocational school/Associate+2 years' related work, Bachelor, etc.

  Senior (Level D):

  Education/experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g. High School diploma/GED) and typically 7 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. vocational school/Associate+5 years' related work, Bachelor+2 years' related work, etc.

  Relocation:

  This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.

  Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

  Summary pay range for associate level: 43,350 - 58,650

  Summary pay range for experienced level: 57,000 - 63,000

  Summary pay range for senior level: 62,000 - 72,000

  Export Control Requirements: Not an export control position
