About Ecosystem Strategy and Business Planning Consultant, Augmented Reality

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

15 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role.

10 years of experience working with Extended Reality (XR)/Augmented Reality (AR) or consumer electronics.

10 years of experience in strategy planning and partnerships.

Preferred qualifications:

Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or Applied Science, or a related field.

15 years of experience in a combination of product management, consulting, business development, or strategy, customer support.

Experience in devices, XR technology, Android software, or developer platforms.

Experience building an ecosystem platform.

The Google Augmented Reality team is a diverse group of experts tasked with building the foundations for great immersive computing and building helpful, delightful user experiences. We're focused on making immersive computing accessible to billions of people through mobile devices, and our scope continues to grow and evolve.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $211,000-$300,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Identify markets, core Extended Reality use cases, market size, technology readiness, and prioritize segments.

Work with partners on the content side and on device to create significant differentiation between devices.

Investigate opportunities for operators.

Strategize how to support enterprise segment.

Collaborate with teams, including product Management, Partnership, Finance, and other products areas.
