Job Purpose and Impact
The Dry Warehouse Inventory Coordinator 3rd shift is responsible for the material flow and storage in the maintenance parts room and the distribution of material to appropriate departments. In this role, you will work closely with other departments to ensure appropriate inventory levels of stocked parts are addressed. You will support our inventory operations, data management, research and analysis and safety and compliance.
Key Accountabilities
Responsible for packaging needs for the production runs and shags trailers at the docks with material.
Responsible for receiving orders (SAP) and staging supplies and parts material for delivery to the maintenance shop by purchase order.
Cycle counts for inventory accuracy.
Maintain general food safe and plant safe housekeeping of dry warehouse.
Perform clerical tasks including receiving service purchasing orders in the system for packaging and ingredients.
Handle moderately complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under general supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday 9:00pm - 7:00am
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent experience
Minimum of two years of related work experience in inventory
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability and willingness to lift up to 80lbs
Preferred Qualifications
Warehouse experience
Forklift driving experience
