Description:

　　Will be working in the Accessory Wrap department where the cabinets will be packaged and prepared for shipment. Not a lot of skill needed but a lot of heavy lifting will be required. Up to 50lbs on a consistent basis with items frequently weighing above that, but requiring a team lift

　　Purpose:

　　To prep finished product with Bellmont Cabinet Company’s quality and performance standards.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　• Utilize scuff pad sander and/or DA’s to prep product for top coat.

　　• Assist in determining whether product meets quality standards before final top coat is applied.

　　o Ensure no burn through of product

　　o Ensure all edges of product are scuffed and smooth for final topcoat.

　　• Maintain a clean work environment and equipment for consistent product quality.

　　• Lifting up to 50lbs on a frequent basis with team lifts required beyond this weight

　　• Assist other departments as necessary.

　　Required Education/Experience:

　　• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　Previous cabinet industry experience is desired however just looking for someone with a good attitude and attendance even take high schoolers. Looking for someone who's not afraid to show up every day and work hard. Tenure is what they are looking at first. Please do not consider someone who has had a different job every 6 months. Next is attendance and attitude. If they have attendance issues within the first 90 days, they will be fired.

　　-Good attendance

　　-Attention to detail (if they miss a flaw, it could cost them $3k loss per project

　　-Solid tenure

　　-Willing to learn

　　-Capable of standing on feet all day and lifting up to 35-50lbs consistently

　　LIKE TO HAVE:

　　-Previous manufacturing experience

　　-Experience working with cabinetry is a plus

　　-Experience with hand and power tools
