Follows standardized recipes and production sheets;assures that food served is in accordance to established standards andprocedures. Maintains quality standards in presentation and portioncontrol. Other duties as assigned. EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION: Customerservice experience in a commercial or institutional food servicefacility is preferred. EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: High school diploma orequivalent is preferred.
