People *Customers * Trust Basic Qualifications: Experience in successfullytroubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery. Must Possess a WIState Indentured Journeyperson Pipefitter Card. On the job success insafety, attendance, and quality of work expected. Welding to include MIGand ARC, familiar with Conveyors, Pumps, and gearboxes, etc. Strongmechanical aptitude, good decision-making skills, and be self-motivated.Experience with Pneumatic and Hydraulic Systems, boilers, andcompressors. Must have a good attitude and able to work in a teamenvironment. Willingness to pursue ongoing technical training to enhancecapabilities. Must have own tools or willing to obtain tools needed.Ability to manage several priorities at once. Be passionate aboutmaintaining a safe work environment. Ability to pass pre-employment drugtest & background check. Ability to work overtime and weekends asneeded. There is a possibility of shift work. Must be authorized to workin the U.S. Must possess a valid Driver\'s License. PreferredQualifications: Previous plant manufacturing experience, particularlywithin the corrugated or packaging industry. Knowledge, Skills &Abilities: Must be willing to work closely on a day-to-day basis withother production personnel. Ability to share ideas with others to solveproblems of essential importance. Excellent communication skills. Workwith a sense of urgency to reduce downtime of machines.
