　　Process material and equipment rental purchase order requests on a dailybasis

　　Select the most suitable suppliers in terms of reliability, productquality, and cost-efficiency

　　Enter and file purchase orders into Vista by Viewpoint software system

　　Work with vendors to place the purchase order and ensure delivery infoand pricing is accurate

　　Reconcile and file vendor order acknowledgements

　　Collaborate with Project Managers to obtain purchase order details asneeded.

　　Coordinate with vendors/warehouse/shop staff to confirm delivery ofmaterials when needed

　　Obtain material or rental quotes from multiple vendors as requested byproject managers

　　Location: Alton, IL

　　Position type: Full Time, Temporary (3 months)

　　Pay: \$20/hr - \$25/hr, BOE
