　　GENERAL FUNCTION:

　　Develops long-term product plans, focusing on customers, competition, profitability, product life cycle, and service considerations. Coordinates and leads the activities of cross-functional teams involving various business partners in the development and deployment of new products, product enhancements, and process or procedural improvements. Develops financial operating plans, projects profit and loss.

　　Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues, and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. While operating within the Bank’s risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.

　　ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

　　Establish annual goals and objectives for each product.

　　Actively cultivate and manage relationships with key customers and internal business partners.

　　Actively monitor industry trends; participates in industry forums, professional associations, conferences, etc.

　　Manage documentation and development of features to be worked by the agile squad.

　　Manage BCRA and review processes and related procedure to ensure features are fully approved and documented before going live.

　　Work with the agile squad Product Owner to ensure the stories appropriately address the needs as documented in the feature.

　　MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED:

　　Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance or business or equivalent experience

　　Seven to ten years’ experience in financial services product management.

　　Tenure with a large multi-regional bank or financial institution.

　　Experience in managing a team of professionals at this level.

　　Recognized ability to interact with executive and senior management at headquarters and in the field with a professional demeanor and presence.

　　Excellent presentation and communication skills.

　　Ability to articulate and sell ideas throughout a large organization.

　　Working knowledge of the related areas of mortgage lending, finance, information technology, risk management, legal, compliance, education, Internet banking, call center sales and marketing.

　　Willingness to be hands on and act as individual project manager whenever necessary.

　　Demonstrated success in strategic development and program execution with consumer and business banking digital products, such as:

　　Mobile deposits.

　　Person to person payments.

　　On-line Bill payment.

　　ACH transfers.

　　Statement Suppression.

　　On-line and Mobile application.

　　Mobile App.
