Bill Payments and Financial Services (BP-FSP) is the largest high frequency category within Amazon Pay where customers can conveniently make their everyday payments and avail exciting rewards. The external ecosystem consists of telcos, billers (private & public), banks, metros and insurance providers, while internally there are Category, Product, Marketing, Finance and operations teams. 　　About the Role:

　　The successful Account Manager (AM) will manage Transit operators and Subscriptions billers– the fastest growing portfolio within bill payments. This portfolio will specifically include Metro operators (Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bangalore), Fastag issuers (ICICI, Axis, etc) and Subscription-based billers (Hotstar, Microsoft, etc).

　　The AM at Amazon will have end to end responsibility of the customer experience and growth of these categories. Amazon strives to present its customers with the widest selection of billers/product features/categories - the Category manager's role is to launch the relevant selection, manage partners including large public & private billers, financial services entities and fulfillers. AM also works with cross functional teams such as product manager(s), tech teams, marketing, finance, operations etc to deliver 360 degree results for the business.

　　The AM anticipates customer needs based on first hand data and also based on knowledge of competitive trends in the market-segment and other macro environment data.

　　The successful AM for this high impact role will be a self-starter with a passion for independent, creative problem-solving, have proven data analysis skills, demonstrates great “voice” and content creation skills (i.e. strong writing skills), shows strong ownership and commitment, have proven leadership experience in managing projects/businesses.

　　Key job responsibilities

　　Recruiting and managing billers’ relationship by championing their needs at Amazon

　　b) Supporting the growth of billers’ business on Amazon by delivering on key business opportunities for the billers

　　c) Supporting key improvement initiatives and projects: drive new product launches and relationship extensions by partnering with the business development and on-boarding teams

　　d) Working with billers to improve operational aspects of their business in providing a great consumer experience

　　e) Identifying specific prospects/partners to approach, communicating the specific value proposition for their business and establishing long-term, successful partnerships

　　f) Tracking and reporting performance using appropriate metrics. Achieve productivity and seller satisfaction targets

　　Basic Qualifications

　　3+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience

　　3+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience

　　Bachelor's degree

　　Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software

　　Experience in setting up and managing a sales pipeline

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations

　　Experience in online advertising or high-tech products/services
