A Kforce client is seeking a Controller to join their team in Temple Terrace, FL. This client is a leading global engineering company. This role will work in a hybrid schedule.Responsibilities will include:

　　The Controller will lead month-end financial close tasks

　　Lead and prepare the operating budget and forecasts

　　Oversee budget accountability

　　Act as a subject matter expert for revenue recognition

　　Analyze forecast for receivables and payables

　　Analyze data to identify variances from budgets and forecasts

　　Coordinate forecast and actual reporting

　　The Controller will maintain procedures, controls, and SOX compliance

　　Support improvement initiatives

　　Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA is a plus

　　5 years of related experience in manufacturing

　　Managerial experience

　　Experience with ERP and financial systems

　　Knowledge of financial performance drivers

　　Knowledge of accounting principles, procedures, and systems

　　Strong interpersonal and communication skills

　　Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

　　The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
