Your focus on conferences, client workshops and corporate events will be instrumental in positioning Anchor QEA as a thought leader in the industry, building our company's brand, and elevating our client and industry facing presence. This position demands a keen project management mindset, expert coordination skills, the ability to maximize ROI for event-related efforts, and outstanding attention to detail to ensure the successful delivery of conference strategies.Responsibilities:Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of conferences, client workshops, and corporate events to align with company goals and brand standards.Develop and maintain detailed conference plans, timelines, and budgets for event-related projects.Communicate conference strategy effectively with internal teams leading kick-off and post-event calls.Manage vendors and supplier relations, ensuring the sourcing of materials complies with quality and timeline standards for the execution of all events.Manage on-site event execution, including setup, staffing, and logistics.Coordinate with internal teams to execute events in line with company standards and brand guidelines.Manage budgets, provide regular progress reports, and maintain thorough documentation of all event-related activities.Stay informed on industry trends and suggest improvements for increased efficiency and effectiveness in event management.Demonstrate commitment to quality, attention to detail, and capability to manage unforeseen challenges.Exhibit effective time management and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.What Are We Looking For?Ideal candidates will have the following:3-8 years of professional experience in marketing with a preferred focus on conferences and events.Bachelor's degree required in a related field.Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously.Knowledge of marketing principles and best practices.Effective writing and proofreading skills.Ability to work well independently and build relationships with other departments and segments to accomplish objectives.Excellent time management, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Attention to detail and high standards in producing quality work.AEC experience preferred.If you are a results-oriented, detail-driven events coordinator with a passion for organizing and managing event timelines, we invite you to bring your expertise to Anchor QEA.What Can You Expect?A collaborative work environment where we encourage everyone to bring their authentic self.
