This essential role is for a candidate who loves organization, order, and people and is available for short-term contract / temporary to hire employment in the South Bend, Indiana area. The General Office Clerk will perform various administrative support tasks, including operating office equipment and completing general clerical work.

　　Your responsibilities in this role

　　Demonstrate command of prescribed style and format when drafting correspondence

　　Performing data entry, scanning, word processing, copying, filing, and faxing

　　Delivering customer service quickly and accurately

　　Answer telephone calls and manage outgoing ones as well

　　Supporting diverse projects for other employees as needed

　　Offer, as needed, support to front desk and receptionist duties

　　Offer a warm face for customers Requirements - Familiar with handling office equipment

　　Employer recommends 1 year of Office Clerk experience for this position

　　Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

　　Excellent oral and written communications skills

　　Word and Excel experience preferredBe able to adapt and thrive in constantly changing environments

　　High school diploma or its equivalent is required

　　Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

　　Proficiency in cash reconciliations

　　Data entry experience preferred

　　Direct Phone Calls experience

　　Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel
