Description

The Client Services Manager will drive growth by delivering exceptional customer service to our clients and caregivers. Duties will include sourcing and staffing caregivers, developing client and caregiver relationships, and managing schedules.

Responsibilities:

• Drive business growth through staffing caregivers to provide quality home care

• Sourcing, recruiting, and helping to facilitate the hiring of home health aids

• Managing the coordination of care for clients

• Conduct calls with home health aids and clients to assess current satisfaction

• Triage calls with clients and PCAs in need of services

• Hold health aids accountable to service and performance standards and expectations

• Execute strategies to enhance the service experience of clients and caregivers

• Conduct client visits as needed

• Implement and execute outreach campaigns

• Creating and generating reports, providing insight and analysis

Requirements

Ability to travel locally in the Harrisburg Area

1 year of experience within the Home Healthcare Industry

1 year of experience in customer service, sales, recruiting, marketing, and / or public relations

Associates Degree or Certification in related field

Experience with Medicaid and Home Care Waivers is a plus
