  Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. 8 years years of relevant experience to include 2 years of experience managing professional level employees or program management. Experience leading cross-functional, global teams and strong track record of delivering operational impact while leading complex, strategic initiatives. MBA preferred.

  Position Purpose:

  Capitalize on and enhance Gulfstream's competitive advantage by elevating the role and impact of the Global Insights and Marketing Performance Analytics function. Lead evolution of data-driven decisioning via development of comprehensive fact-based insights and actionable recommendations to inform and drive acquisition, retention, and contribution. Be an authentic "voice of the customer," ensuring the needs, attitudes and behaviors of Gulfstream customers and potential customers in strategic decisions and investments are considered. Provide strategic analysis and thought leadership to inform optimization of campaign performances and customer experiences.

  Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

  Essential Functions:

  Leverage primary and secondary research to evaluate market conditions, customer trends and dynamics, market segments and regions, and Gulfstream competitors, to understand key perceptions, motivations and drivers, and identify unmet needs .

  Design and manage custom research studies and guide strategic initiatives leveraging classical and hybrid methodologies, including evaluation and utilization of third-party research sources and partners .

  Translate research findings into insights and actionable recommendations and deliver presentations that persuade the audience to act .

  Support acquisition and retention campaign strategies and go-to-market programs using outputs from previous campaign results as well as inputs from customer behavior, competitive and market insights .

  Create master segmentation plan, including key messages, channel selection, and cadence to support acquisition and retention, detailing needs-based, cross-channel execution in partnership w/ marketing acquisition, retention, creative and multi-media teams .

  Reports on key performance indicators and success metrics to inform and optimize customer engagement strategies and executions. Manages test and learn capabilities for campaign improvement across channels .

  Guides campaign best practices to improve customer engagement and ensure synced messaging & branding across touchpoints .

  Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales and Customer Support to support global growth strategy and elevation of customer experiences .

  Leads, coaches, and manages Global Insights & MKT Performance Analytics team to deliver timely project deliverables and insights .

  Perform other duties as assigned.

  Other Requirements:

  Previous record of delivering impact with focus and fluency in translating analysis into action; must be a natural simplifier who is able to translate the complex into audience-appropriate digestible, practical insights.

  Proven ability to integrate best practices in culturally effective ways, identify opportunities and independently introduce new ideas.

  Demonstrated success managing online surveys, CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), Marketing Automation (Marketo preferred), and analytical tools.

  Experience with measuring campaign effectiveness across channels (DM, EM, Events, Digital); establishing, implementing and socializing test and learn best practices.

  Day-to-day operational leadership, including engaging frequently with senior stakeholders to shape new or existing use cases, determining relevant analytic approaches, identifying or addressing risks, and ensuring buy-in and alignment.

  Energetic and self-motivated, responding to issues quickly with a positive attitude.
