VCA Veterinary Emergency and Referral Center of Westbury, is growing and to better support the pets and people in our community we are in search of an experienced ICU licensed veterinary technician to be a part of our growing hospital team !

　　The ideal candidate will have top level technical skills and demonstrate a professional attitude with their coworkers. The successful candidate will share our commitment to delivering the highest quality patient care with exceptional client service.

　　Compensation : $29 – $37 / hour based on skill set, and licensure status (LVT, VTS)

　　Potential Schedule : Full time swing and weekend shifts based off of our hospitals current scheduling needs.

　　ICU Licensed Veterinary Technician Duties:

　　Procedural anesthesia monitoring

　　Collecting patient histories & physical exams

　　Venipuncture / IVC placement

　　Hands Free Radiology (Associate safety a top priority)

　　Working collaboratively with team members of all hospital services

　　Providing compassionate care for all patients
