Plans, organizes and coordinates efforts required to deliver continuous improvement and support of initiatives that further corporate and divisional goals and objectives. Support is offered to Claims Management and staff as well as other corporate divisions and departments of the company and includes interaction with associates at all levels. Associates are expected to utilize corporately accepted and standard project management methodology. The incumbent will guide initiatives through the steps of analysis, design, documentation, technical interpretation, execution, and monitoring of mandated, strategic, enhancement and core business initiatives It is critical the associate in the position stays knowledgeable of project management techniques and ongoing initiatives throughout the organization.
QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's Degree. Experience researching and analyzing data. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products. Experience managing multiple projects with various priorities. Experience working independently without direct supervision. Experience in continuous improvement, quality initiatives, and business problem solving through experience in business, project, or information services. Demonstrated skills in workflow documentation and requirements gathering Experience building collaborative relationships and communicating effectively with all levels of associates and managers within the organization. Experience presenting information in formal settings. Claims processing experience preferred. Experience translating technical and corporate terminology to a variety of target audiences preferred. Crystal reporting experience preferred. Claims Coordinator experience preferred. Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.
