　　Residential Advisor provides safe, supportive and predictableenvironment in dormitory supervision of Job Corps trainees in theirdaily activities, monitoring their progress in attaining progress inattaining performance contract goals and objectives and utilizing thebehavior management and intentional and consistent Core Value drivenpractices.

　　Conducts dormitory operations in accordance to Center operating policyand procedures in accordance with Career Systems Development OperatingProcedures.
