The Electrical Apprentice - Level 1 is responsible forelectrical installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance within thecommercial and industrial settings. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Education: HighSchool Diploma or GED and e nrollment in Electrical Apprenticeship-Level1 (if applicable) Travel: 0-25% Work Schedule: Between the hours of 5 amto 6 pm, Monday through Friday. May vary based on customer demands andcan include, but is not limited to: nights, weekends, and holidays. KEYRESPONSIBILITIES * Install maintain, and provide basic troubleshootingof electrical systems. * Installs electrical raceways and wire,lighting, controls, machinery, and electrical distribution equipmentunder the supervision of an experienced Journeymen Electrician. *Demonstrates appropriate skills of a First Year Apprentice. * Installsand Bends conduit using manual. Mechanical, and hydraulic benders. *Performs Wire and Cable Pulls. * Wiring - Stripping, splice two wires,install switch and receptacle, Draw 3 switches to control one light. *Knowledge of different types of anchors and supports and how to properlyinstall. * Competent with a tape measure and level. * Knowledge ofdifferent sizes of conductors and phase colors of voltages. * Assistswith material handling duties on the jobsite. * Provides technicalassistance to other apprentices as needed. * Maintains compliance withcompany policies. * Maintains compliance with all OSHA, Company, andcustomer-specific safety requirements. * Cleans and maintains tools,test equipment, and jobsite. * Actively participates in Faith\'s hiringreferral and mentoring program, as appropriate. * Performs otherrelated duties as required and assigned.
