　　The Senior Government Contracts Manager is an individual contributor role that sits within Zebra’s North America Sales Organization and is responsible for managing a variety of contracts and subcontracts in accordance with company procedures, applicable laws and government requirements.

　　This role will be compensated with a salary plus variable pay structure.

　　This remote role can be based anywhere in the US. 25% travel is to be expected.

　　Responsibilities:

　　The Government Contracts Manager is responsible for preparing proposals; writing contract terms and conditions; preparing and disseminating information regarding contract status; reviewing contractual obligations; identifying risks and problems, and proposing solutions; and reporting to project teams, accounting staff and management. They also act as liaisons among companies and government agencies.

　　Qualifications:

　　Minimum Requirements:

　　Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

　　5 + years of direct experience managing government contracts in the tech industry

　　Must reside in the US with the ability to travel 25%

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Skilled at negotiating contract terms and conditions

　　Experience with the handling of solicitations and requests for proposals.

　　Experience from a Zebra competitor or network operator a strong differentiator

　　Complete understanding and application of contract principles, concepts, practices, and standards

　　Strong knowledge of the Federal government highly desired

　　Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
