  Job Description:

  Design, develop, analyze, and manage technology risk by providing enterprise-wide oversight and governance for technology risk management activities within the Company. Assists with the execution of various risk frameworks across the organization by monitoring and reporting on risk activities and framework compliance for identifying, assessing and reporting on risk related activities. Builds productive working relationships with the technology, risk and operational groups within the company providing tools, capabilities, and frameworks to evolve the maturity of those groups.

  Responsibilities

  Act as the most senior technology risk SME for 1 of more technology risk domains

  Lead a team of subject matter experts (SME) on Technology Risk

  Lead the identification, innovation, design, implementation and maturity of an enterprise technology risk management and governance program.

  Provides technology risk oversight and effective challenge (create, coordinate, evaluate & assess): policies, standards, risks and controls, processes and procedure.

  Drive effective collaboration across all 3 lines of defense on Technology Risk management related activities.

  Lead major Technology Risk initiatives.

  Minimum Qualifications

  At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:

  Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Mathematics

  8 + years of experience with IT work experience in Technology Risk or Information Security (Architecture, Change Management and\or DevSecOps)

  In Lieu of Education 15 + years of experience with Information Technology or Information Security (Architecture, Change Management and/or DevSecOps)

  Preferred Qualifications

  If we had our say, we’d also look for:

  Master's Degree in Information Technology or Mathematics

  10 + years of experience in Technology Risk or Information Security (Architecture, Change Management and\or DevSecOps)

  CRISC, CGEIT, CISA, CISM, CISSP, or similar Preferred

  Compensation:

  The base pay for this position generally ranges between $103,000.00 to $174,200.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
