A Place to Be Proud.Responsibilities* Accurately assesses and documents client presenting problems, history, symptomology, mental status, diagnosis and prescribes initial interventions in a timely manner.* Meets with client/family to assist in developing specific, realistic, and measurable treatment goals and objectives.* Employs strategies of intervention that are consistent with empirically supported treatments and consistent with program expectations.* Completes clinical charting and other related administrative paperwork in accordance with policy standards.* Maintains productivity expectations.* Effectively coordinates client care with other service providers and community resources to assure continuity of care.QualificationsEducation: Masters or doctoral degree from an accredited university or professional school of Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy.Licensure:* LPC, LPCC, LPCC-S* LSW, LISW, LISW-S* MFT, IMFT, IMFT-SSkills: Demonstrated skills and abilities in providing and managing behavioral healthcare to children, adolescents and families.
