What you’ll do:
This role is a National level role for the sales of Medium Voltage products in India. Medium Voltage products are very specialized products and needs technical expertise as well as market knowledge. MV business is relatively new business in India and needs expert leader to lead it.
The national leaders lead a team of 2 sales team members who connects with different channel partners across India.
• Achieve sales target for PAN India for Medium Voltage Products (RMU / VCB & MV Switchgear)
• Responsible for empanelment of our Medium Voltage Portfolio solution (RMU / VCB & MV Switchgear) for major Utility organizations, MNC Industries, and consultants)
• Lead MV switchgear sales team across all regions to achieve MV sales revenue for the business
• Should define and execute product strategy for MV Business
• Identify and appoint Franchisee Partners / Integrators (Panel builders) for the identified products.
• Map & target new customers /projects/expansions in the assigned territory.
• Effectively pursue, make proposals and close sales in close coordination with Business Development Team.
• Get Approvals from End Users, Consultants and utilities.
• Provide technical support to sales colleagues and partners / customers on products and applications.
• Maintain updated intelligence on competitors, pricing, products and channel developments.
• Ensure highest levels of customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with business development team and successfully negotiate project sales.
• Possess Strong technical knowledge on RMU & VCB products and work closely with the design and mfg. optimization
